The Culinary Union strongly encourages you to get vaccinated. The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. Getting vaccinated is a critical step to completely reopening Las Vegas, getting workers back to work, protecting our families, and helping our union stay strong.
Hospitality workers: You are eligible to get the vaccine. That means Culinary Union members, Bartenders Union members, and Station Casino workers can get the COVID-19 vaccine! If you can take a selfie when you get your vaccine, send it to your organizer and we will share on social media.
No walk-ins are accepted. Slots fill up quickly, so keep checking different locations daily for new openings until you get a reservation. Be sure to go back for your second dose if required!
Northern Nevada hospitality workers: You should have gotten an email already from your employer with a link for you to register for your vaccine. Call (775) 328-2427 if you haven’t received the email yet.
*Schedule a vaccination appointment at Cashman or Las Vegas Convention Center:
1) Select “Food Service and Hospitality Workers” then click the “Next” button.
2) On the next page, fill out the Health Screening information then click the “Next” button.
3) At the top of the next page, click on the “Do you have an event code?” box.
*If registering for an appointment at Cashman, use the code: HOSP$MAN
*If registering for an appointment at Las Vegas Convention Center, use the code: HOSPLVCC
4) Complete the registration process and select an appointment.

*Schedule a vaccination appointment at Encore Vaccination Site: www.umcsn.com/COVID19/AdmissionBlueTreeGeneral.aspx?T=119
1) Click “Yes” on the “Do you meet one of the above criteria:”
*Scroll down and fill out your “Patient Information”
*Click “Schedule Your COVID-19 Vaccination” to go to the next page
2) Select an appointment and complete the registration process.

*Schedule a vaccination appointment at the UNLV Vaccination Site: https://unlv.mycareally.health/pages/vaccine-comm-s5jdh8jklapl2.html
1) Complete the questionnaire.
2) If you are eligible to get a vaccine, UNLV will email you a link to make your appointment.
3) Complete the registration process.
NOTE: Print, screenshot, or take a picture of the final page containing your appointment registration information, including the QR code, and take it with you to your appointment.
Remember: Bring your ID/Driver’s License and a work badge, paystub, or W2 when you go to the vaccine appointment

4) Termine el proceso de registración y seleccione una cita.
