Culinary Union fights for right to organize non-union workers at Allegiant Stadium

The Culinary Union may have called off its strike ahead of Super Bowl LVIII, but it is setting its sights on Allegiant Stadium for a slightly different reason.

Hospitality workers are demanding the right to organize and fight for better contracts.


During a press conference on Tuesday, the union said they're looking west of the Strip, also fighting for non-union workers at Allegiant Stadium to have the right to organize.
