"Culinary Union members comprise a majority of Nevada’s middle class and in these negotiations, we proudly won our fair share of record profits by securing billions for working families in Nevada,” said Ted Pappageorge in a news release, Secretary-Treasurer for the Culinary Union.
If solidified, the union says all workers will receive a 32% wage increase over the course of the new five-year deal.
The Culinary Union remains in active negotiations with 24 other properties along the Strip.
