Culinary Union works not only to get Nevadans to vote, but to ensure ballots are counted

“The great thing about mail ballots is that it gives folks like our members who work 24/7 the opportunity to really participate,” Culinary Treasurer-Secretary Ted Pappageorge told the Sun. “It’s really a service, we think, to be able to help folks out to make sure that if you voted, that your vote is going to count.”

“The fight for working families in Nevada doesn’t end on Election Day,” Pappageorge said in a statement. “As we have done for 89 years, we remain unwavering in our commitment to fight and win for workers, no matter (who) resides in the White House.”
