No Strip-sized casino two minutes from Tanaka Elementary!

Spring Valley Town Advisory Board voted unanimously to STOP this project in 2018. But Station Casinos got a fourth extension anyway on a hotel taller than Red Rock Casino and a casino larger than Flamingo.

In May 2021, Station Casinos CEO Frank Fertitta said “the project is significantly tighter than anything that we’ve done in the past.” What does he mean by that?

Tell Station Casinos NO NEIGHBORHOOD CASINO without neighborhood review!

Your neighborhood has changed substantially since 2008 when the project was first approved.

You and your neighbors deserve a new development agreement that reflect those changes.

You should have a say when Station Casinos redesigns the project.

Do you want a big casino with 2,000 slot machines in your neighborhood?

Do you want a big hotel with 15 floors off Maule Ave?

You can still ask questions and request changes to the proposed “Durango Station” project!

*Why is a main entrance planned for Maule Ave?

*What will be done to protect kids walking to school along Maule Ave?

*How many more cars will drive on Maule Ave every day?

*Will guests in the 216-foot-high hotel be able to see into your backyard?

*Has the developer asked you and your neighbors for their input?
