The Culinary union has struck a deal with The Strat. More than 700 union members work at the property.

Contract negotiations are still ongoing between the union and 17 other Las Vegas Strip and downtown properties with independent operators. A strike deadline is set for Feb. 2. Union workers plan to hold an informational picket outside of Circa on Friday, Jan. 26. It’s one of the properties working on a new contract.
