Hotel workers at Wynn Las Vegas have a union contract through the Culinary Union, but maintenance workers are not in a union, according to a spokesperson for Operating Engineers Local 501. Wynn Las Vegas is the last flagship property on the Las Vegas Strip with non-union facilities maintenance workers, the union’s news release said.
